Simple idea: Have fun like you were kids, 12.000 inflatable balls in the center of Segovia to play with. There is a small square near the aqueduct at a different level with the street, so we proposed to fill it up with ballons to let people play with them, and by doing that they will be falling to the street under it, creating a summer rain full of colours.
