Development, Ausführungsprojekt (documentation 1:50, details 1:5) and construction phase

Residential complex in Immensee (Switzerland), lies next to the Mount Rigi and with views to the Zug lake. The project is being developed together with Studiozurich, from our office we have 38 residential units in four new buildings including an underground parking, for the whole complex. The idea behind it is to have neighborhood in a really close relation with the public area, while offering privacy and great views to the lake.

I joined this project together with a coworker for the initial phase, where I could design one of the buildings “Twisted Block”, to later develop all the documentation needed for the “Ausführungsprojekt”, plans in 1:50 scale, dossiers in 1:20 needed for the offers and details in 1:5. In 2014 the project was stopped, but it will start again late in 2016.
